Why Was This Audrey Hepburn Last Film?
She'd been winding down her film career for a while (making sporadic movies in the '70s and '80s) to take care of her sons, and started devoting more time to working with UNICEF. She died in 1993 of a rare form of abdominal cancer.
Is This a Good Movie?
To be honest, I didn't care for it, and Audrey's role is a cameo. She's only around to convince Richard Dreyfuss's character that he's dead and that he needs to help out the people he left behind before he can cross over into Heaven.
