Thoughts: Sleeping Beauty isn't one of my top Disney movies, in terms of characters and storyline, but it's definitely one of the most beautifully-made Disney movies. The level of detail in every aspect of animation, from the backgrounds to the character design, is unrivalled in my opinion. It took years to make Sleeping Beauty and you can see very plainly that it was worth it.
