Guys and Dolls (1955) - "A big-city gambler bets that he can seduce a Salvation Army girl."
I made it to the age of 34 without knowing the plot of Guys and Dolls and let me tell you, when I learned that this was it? Mind blown. This was also too long and it took way too long to get to the 'Luck Be a Lady' song.
And a word about Brando: I can appreciate the talent and certainly can respect that he was one of the best actors of his generation, but every time I see him in a movie it feels like such a chore to watch him, if that makes sense?
