I picked this movie purely for the title, cause I'm like that (and also named Jessica). I mean, the subject matter was so eye-roll inducing (Angie Dickinson is a gorgeous American midwife and all the wives are jealous of her; the husbands are enthralled by her; meanwhile...she just wants to do her job). But there is a happy ending and such wonderful scenery! 

Oh yeah, and Maurice Chevalier was in it. I'm...not a fan.
