They Drive By Night (1940) - Truck driving brothers are framed for murder by a lady psycho.
I liked this noir, it had all the elements I usually enjoy; and I loved the cast (which included Humphrey Bogart, Ann Sheridan and Ida Lupino in addition to George Raft).
